Visiting Our Warehouse
Walk-In Welcome
You are welcome to visit our warehouse during business hours without an appointment. Browse our inventory, inspect box quality, and pick up orders in person.
Directions
From downtown Boise, head south on 17th Street. Our warehouse is on the east side of S 17th St, south of W Front St. Free parking available on-site.
Saturday Hours
We are open Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for pickups and browse-in shopping. Reduced staff on Saturdays — for large orders, please schedule in advance.
Large Order Pickups
If you are picking up a large order (50+ boxes or gaylords), please let us know in advance so we can have your order staged and ready to load when you arrive.
Why We Don't Have a Phone Number
You might notice we do not list a phone number. This is intentional. As a small, hands-on team that spends most of the day in the warehouse sorting, grading, and loading boxes, we found that phone calls often led to missed details, forgotten requests, and communication gaps.
By handling all customer communication through our web form and email, we ensure that every request is documented, nothing gets lost, and we can provide thorough, accurate responses with pricing details, inventory availability, and delivery options — all in writing that you can reference later.
We typically respond within a few hours during business hours. For urgent same-day needs, please indicate "URGENT" in your message subject and we will prioritize your request.
