Are used boxes really strong enough for shipping?
Yes. A corrugated box can be reused 5-7 times before fiber degradation significantly affects structural performance. Our Grade A and Grade B used boxes retain 85-100% of their original rated strength. We inspect every box and test for ECT (Edge Crush Test) values before grading, so you know exactly what you are getting.
How much can I save by buying used boxes instead of new?
Most customers save 30-50% compared to buying new boxes from a manufacturer. The exact savings depend on the box type, size, and condition grade. Gaylord boxes typically offer the largest savings, often 40-60% less than new equivalents. Use our Eco Calculator for a personalized estimate.
What sizes and types do you carry?
We carry a full range of corrugated boxes from 12x12x12 up to pallet-sized containers, gaylord boxes in 2-wall, 3-wall, and 5-wall constructions, specialty boxes (wax-coated, insulated, die-cut), and packaging accessories. Our inventory changes daily based on buyback intake, so contact us if you need a specific size.
Do you deliver, and what is your service area?
Yes, we offer delivery throughout the Boise metro area, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Kuna, and Garden City. Same-day and next-day delivery are available for in-stock items. For larger orders, we can arrange freight delivery anywhere in Idaho and the Pacific Northwest.
How does the Box Buyback Program work?
If your business generates used corrugated boxes, we will buy them from you. Simply tell us the approximate quantity, sizes, and condition. We will provide a quote, schedule a pickup (or you can drop off), and pay you promptly. It is a simple way to turn waste into revenue while supporting the circular economy.
Do you carry food-grade or FDA-compliant boxes?
Yes. We stock food-grade corrugated boxes and wax-coated containers suitable for direct food contact. These are available as new boxes and are inspected to meet FDA packaging guidelines. Contact us for details on our food-safe inventory.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order requirements. You can buy a single box or an entire truckload. Volume discounts are available for orders exceeding 100 units, with additional tier pricing for 500+ and 1,000+ unit orders.
Can I visit your warehouse to see boxes in person?
Absolutely. Our warehouse at 805 S 17th St in Boise is open for walk-in customers during business hours. You can inspect boxes, check sizes, and pick up your order directly. We recommend calling ahead for large orders so we can have everything staged and ready.
